MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team led the game wire-to-wire Friday night as they defeated Trinity Bible (N.D.) 84-55 at DSU Fieldhouse.  The Trojans won their third straight game and remained undefeated in their current five-game home stand.

Dakota State improved their overall record to 13-9.  Trinity Bible suffered their third straight loss and dropped their record to 10-15.

The Trojans held the Lions to only one field goal in the first six minutes of the game to give DSU an 8-2 lead.

Dakota State grew their lead in double-digits as they held a 38-24 halftime advantage.

Trinity Bible could get no closer than 12 points (38-26) with 19:12 remaining in the game. 

The Trojans had their largest lead of the game at 79-44 (4:03 left in the game).

Dakota State outscored TBC 46-31 in the second-half.

Every DSU players scored in the game.  Donald Stewart had 14 points.  Jesse Bean and Spencer Adams each added 11 points.  Keith Lee scored 10 points off the bench on his 5-for-10 shooting from the field.  Cameron Krump and Yusef Gray each added nine points.  Jordan Snyder and Terran Chapin each had seven points off the bench.

Snyder recorded a game-high 12 points for the Trojans.  Krump added nine boards.  Adams dished out five assists.  Lee and Bean each had four assists.

Mikey Rosario had 17 points for the Lions.  He grabbed six rebounds and dished out five assists.  Barry Bighorn added 14 points.  Nick Lentz had two blocked shots.

DSU shot 44.4 percent from the field (32-for-72) compared to Trinity Bible 36.1 percent (22-for-61).  The Trojans drained a season-high 12 3-pointers in 30 attempts (40 percent), while the Lions were 8-for-19 from the 3-point arc (42.1 percent).

TBC recorded 25 turnovers in the game compared to Trojans' 20 turnovers.  DSU scored 21 in points off turnovers, while the Lions had four points in points off turnovers.

Dakota State looks to extend their winning streak to four games on Tuesday night.  The Trojans host their in-state rival Mount Marty at DSU Fieldhouse.  Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. or approximately 25 minutes after the completion of the women's game.
