SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced that 243 Division II Women's Basketball student-athletes have been named to 2013-14 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, announced on Monday morning. Four Dakota State Lady T's basketball student-athletes were named to this prestigious honor.
In order to be nominated by an institute's head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
The four Lady T's student-athletes (including three seniors) that received the Daktronics-Scholar Athlete honor are (name, year, hometown, parents' name, major at Dakota State University):
