The Dakota State University men's cross country team remained in the NAIA Men's Cross Country "Top 25" poll released Wednesday. The Trojans dropped one spot to No. 20 as there was 15 teams changed position in the seventh edition of the national poll.
DSU received 249 votes to the national poll. The Trojans finished second behind No. 4 Concordia (Neb.) in the Mount Marty Invitational last Saturday.
The Trojan men's team remained in second place in the DAC's weekly rankings behind No. 13 Black Hills State.
The women's team dropped out of the national rankings. The Trojans are fourth in the weekly conference rankings.
Dakota State will be off this weekend and will prepare to run in the DAC Conference Championships meet on Friday, Nov. 6. The meet will be held in Rapid City, S.D., hosted by South Dakota School of Mines.
