DICKINSON, N.D. - The Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) has selected Trojan Anthony Drealan as male runner of the week.

Drealan finished 12th out of 238 competitors at the distinguished Roy Griak Invitational in St. Paul, Minn. on Saturday.  He finished the 8000 meter run in 26 minutes and 15 seconds, which was the third fastest time among NAIA runners.  The time also was his second fastest time ever in an 8000 meter race, only eclipsed by his 26:04 run in the Herb Blakely Invitational the prior week.

Dakota State men's cross country team finished fifth out of 22 teams in the event.  The event included schools from NCAA Division II and top quality NAIA schools.

Anthony is the son of Wayne and Heidi Drealan of Fulda, Minn.  Anthony is a senior Computer Education major at Dakota State University.
