NAIA DIVISION II MEN'S BASKETBALL NATIONAL POLL - FINAL RANKINGS

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Dakota State gained more votes in the final edition of the 2012-13 NAIA Division II Men's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 national poll, announced Wednesday by the national office.  The Trojans tallied 17 votes to the poll.

DSU won their second consecutive Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Division II Men's Basketball Tournament Championships.  The Trojans defeated Northern New Mexico, current-No. 24 Valley City State (N.D.) and Jamestown (N.D.) to claim the title.

Dakota State currently holds the school record for most victories in a single season with 22 wins.

On Feb. 27, the NAIA is providing a free live selection show with graphics to reveal the 32-team bracket for the 22nd Annual NAIA Division II Men's basketball National Championship.  The men's bracket will be announced immediately after the women's at approximately 7:15 p.m. (Central Standard Time).

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences and independents.
