MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Dakota State's softball team held two opponents scoreless Monday in the Snowbird Tournament.

The Trojans raised their overall record to 3-1 after recording two straight victories.

DSU defeated Immaculata (Pa.) in the first game by the score of 1-0.  The Trojans shut down Southern Vermont 11-0 in the second game of the day.

Dakota State looks to extend their winning streak on Tuesday as they continue their action in the Snowbird Tournament.  The Trojans face Penn State University-Harrisburg at 9:30 a.m. and SUNY IT (N.Y.) at 11:30 a.m. in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
