Freshman: Personal best of 28:10 at the Briar Cliff Invitational. Member of the 2009 Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) Cross Country Championship team. Set a personal best in the 3K of 9:48 at the 2010 DAC Indoor Track and Field Conference Meet. Member of the 2010 DAC Conference Indoor Track and Field runner-up team. Won the 3000 Steeplechase at the Red Raider Open.
Sophomore: Placed ninth at the DSU Herb Blakely Invitational. Personal best of 27:30 at the Briar Cliff Invitational. Set a personal best in the 3000 at the Dordt Invitational with a 9:31.65 posting. Set a personal best in the 5K at the Sioux City Relays with a 16:26.71 showing. Qualified for nationals in the marathon by running 1:16:17 in the Yankton River Rat Half-Marathon and placed 2nd. Set a personal best in the 10K by running 34:14.65 and placed 3rd at the 2010 DAC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships and received All-Conference honors. Placed 26th in the marathon at the 2010 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships with a time of 2:45:06.
Junior: Placed 4th at the DSU Herb Blakely Invitational. Placed 12th at the Mount Marty Invitational with a time of 26:26. Placed 19th at the Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Cross Country Conference Championships with a personal best of 26:23. Placed 2nd in the 3000-meters at the Buena Vista Open in a personal best time of 9:06.95. Won the 1500-meters at the Independent Open at Black Hills State in a personal best time of 4:15.16. Redshirted the outdoor track season.
