	Jacob Cassutt Ramona, S.D. Oldham-Ramona High School Major: Undecided Parents:Tom and Deb Cassutt	Cross Country/Track Cassutt competed for Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Raider cross country and track programs. He placed 22nd in the State 'B' Cross Country meet in his senior year with a time of 18 minutes and 20.76 seconds. Cassutt placed in three different events at 2011 State 'B' Track meet. He placed second in the 800-meter run (2:03.19) and sixth place in both one-mile run (4:40.37) and 3200-meter run (10:26.87).

	Kace Groff Sheldon, Iowa Sheldon High School Major: Exercise Science Event Area: Distance	Cross Country Kace, a graduate from Sheldon High School was a multi-sport athlete in track, baseball, cross-country and basketball. He was a 4 time cross country all-conference runner as well as a state qualifier finishing in 22nd at the state cross country meet. Kace was also a 4 time all-conference runner in track. 3 times in the 3200 and once in the 1600. He also received all-conference 1 time in baseball and basketball.
Women
	Nicole Jurrens Avon, SD Avon High School Major: Graphic Design Event Area: Sprints/Distance	Cross Country Nicole, a graduate from Avon High School was a varsity letter winner for both cross country and track. She was named most improved in cross country. On the track Nicole ran personal bests of 30.14 in the 200 at the region meet her senior year and 70.24 her junior year.
	Amber Wiebenga Avon, SD Avon High School Major: Unspecified Event Area: Distance	Cross Country Amber, a graduate of Avon High School was a multiple varsity award winner in cross country, track, volleyball and cheer-leading. She finished 35th at the state cross country meet finishing in a time of 17:51 in the 4k.
