Alumni Game Rules
Game Rules
- 10 minute quarters (4 quarters - no overtime)
- 10 minute half
- Regular game rules and regulations apply
- Running clock except on special teams and change of possession
- Don't argue with the refs or you may be done for the day
- No Time Clock or any possession
- Each team is allowed three timeouts per half (clock will stop)
- Absolutely NO CUTTING and NO CRACK BLOCKS from any team
- Play above the waist, but tackling on the legs is accepted
Defense Rules
- Can NOT rush more than 5 guys
- QBs are NOT live. One-hand touch counts as a sack from any unblocked defender
- Absolutely NO CUTTING and NO CRACK BLOCKS from any team
Special Team Rules
- Punts: automatically equal 40 yards
- No drive will start inside the -20 yard line
- Kickoffs: Each team will automatically start at their 35 yard line after a TD or Field Goal
- Field Goals and PATs can be attempted, with no rush from the Defense
Obvious Rules
- NO DRINKING before or during the scrimmage
- No swearing or back talking to any coach or official...EVER!
