MADISON, S.D. - The newest conference in the NAIA has announced the selection of its inaugural commissioner. Cory Anderson will lead the North Star Athletic Association (NSAA), which will begin full operation with the beginning of the 2013-14 academic year. The NSAA also unveiled a new logo.

MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University Athletic Department inducted three new members as well as a team into the 18th Annual Hall of Fame Saturday (June 8) at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse. Inductees included Lawrence Dirks (posthumously), Brian Leighton, Dr. Joel Swisher (posthumously) and members of the 1973 Dakota State College Trojan Football South Dakota Intercollegiate Conference (SDIC) Championship team.
