Career Night for Bolin after Last Monday Night Game

(Madison, SD) - Brian Bolin had a career stat line last Monday, 13 points 11 rebounds and 7 blocks in Trojans' men's basketball 79-67 win over Mount Marty.  Bolin's seven blocks in the game, all in second half, which is a Trojan Men's Basketball record for most blocked shots in a game. 

According to the NAIA DakStats statistical website, he is second in the nation in blocks per game with an average of 5.0. 

In addition, he broke an old record for most career blocks by former NAIA All-American Joe Backus (62) with 67 blocked shots.

Brian is the son of Bill and Andrea Bolin of Onamia, MN and is a junior Biology major at Dakota State University.

The Trojans (1-1) will attempt to make two straight wins Friday, November 7th as they travel to Forest City, IA to take on Waldorf College at 7:30 pm.  The Trojans return home the next weekend as they host the Ed Harter Classic on November 14th and 15th at the DSU Memorial Field House.
