Windsor named 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Football Scholar Athlete

Josh WindsorROME, Ga. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced that a total of 212 football student-athletes have been named 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Football Scholar-Athletes.  Josh Windsor of Dakota State football team earned this prestigious honor.

A student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved at least junior academic status to qualify.

Windsor is a defensive back for the Trojans.  He played in all nine Trojan games this past fall.  He recorded a total of 54 tackles and one interception.

Josh is the son of Paul and Lori Windsor of Harrison, Neb.  He is a junior Computer Science major at Dakota State University.
