Jensen named DAC Volleyball Hitter of the Week

The Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) has named Rachael Jensen as DAC Volleyball Hitter of the Week. She plays outside hitter for the Trojans.
Jensen recorded her 10th double-double of the season in 3-1 victory over Mayville State last Wednesday. She recorded 15 kills (3.75 kills per set), 17 digs (4.25 digs per set), one solo block (0.25 blocks per set) and three block assists (0.75 block assists per set).
Rachael is the daughter of Mark and Jonda Jensen of Beresford, S.D. Rachael is a senior Biology major at Dakota State University.
The Trojans will return to non-conference action Tuesday night as they visit their in-state rival Dakota Wesleyan. The match will be held in Mitchell, S.D. at 7 p.m. This weekend, Dakota State will begin their second half of the DAC Conference season as they host Jamestown on Friday night and Valley City State on Saturday afternoon.
