WBK Game Notes: Trojans face three teams from GPAC this week

The Dakota State University women's basketball team will return back to action this week.  The Trojans will be facing three teams from the Great Plains Athletic Conference.

University of Sioux Falls will be hosting the Holiday Inn Classic on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Jamestown, Dakota Wesleyan and Dakota State will be part of the four-team classic.  The Trojans will face DWU on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. and host team University of Sioux Falls on Wednesday at 4 p.m.  All games will be held at the Stewart Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.

On Saturday, Jan. 2nd, 2010, the Trojans will welcome No. 2 Hastings College at the DSU Fieldhouse at 6 p.m.  Hastings is coached by former longtime DSU women's basketball head coach Jeff Dittman.  It will mark his first time returning to the DSU Fieldhouse.

Dakota State is 4-6 overall and 1-0 in the DAC Conference.  Dakota Wesleyan is 5-10 overall.  USF is riding a five-game winning streak and is 10-5 on the season.  Hastings is currently on a 10-game winning streak and is 14-2 overall.
