DSU Athletics release 2010 Trojan Football schedule

The Dakota State University Athletic Department would like to announce the 2010 Trojan Football schedule.
Dakota State will play a total of 10 games in 2010. Besides playing eight Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) games during the season, the Trojans will play two non-conference games.
The Trojans will open their 2010 campaign at home on Saturday, August 28th against Great Plains Athletic Conference foe Midland Lutheran. The game will kick-off at 7 p.m. at the Trojan Field.
On September 11th, the Trojans will travel to Whitewater, Wis. to take on NCAA Division III University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. The Warhawks won the NCAA Division III Championships last fall and were undefeated with a 15-0 overall record.
DSU will open the DAC Conference on the road to Dickinson State on September 18th.
On October 2nd, Dakota State will travel to Spearfish, S.D. to take on Black Hills State in the seventh annual Missouri River Shootout.
The Trojan Homecoming game will be announced on a later date.
The Trojans will participate in the annual Dacotah Bank DAC Bowl on November 6th at the FargoDome in Fargo, N.D. The pairings will be announced after the completion of October 30 games.
