Women's Basketball Game Notes: Trojans travel to North Dakota this weekend

The Dakota State University women's basketball team will travel to North Dakota this weekend for a pair of DAC conference games. The Trojans will visit Dickinson State in Dickinson, N.D. on Friday at 6:30 p.m. (CT)/5:30 p.m. (MT). On Saturday, DSU will play Minot State in Minot, N.D. at 4 p.m.
Dakota State is 8-12 overall and 3-5 in the DAC conference. Dickinson State is on a four-game losing streak and is 12-10 overall and 4-5 in the DAC. Minot State is 16-6 and 5-4 in the DAC.
The Trojans are in a two-way tie for sixth place with South Dakota School of Mines in the DAC standings. Dickinson State is fifth. Minot State and Valley City State are tied for third place in the DAC.
First meeting in Madison, S.D.: Dickinson State defeated the Trojans 56-54 on Jan. 9th. Minot State overcame their halftime deficit and defeated DSU 68-66 on Jan. 8th.
