Trojan Indoor Track & Field teams prepare for Northern State Open Saturday

The Dakota State University women's and men's indoor track and field teams will compete in the Northern State Open Saturday. It will be held at the Barnett Center in Aberdeen, S.D. The Trojans have two weeks to prepare for the DAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in Spearfish, S.D. on the weekend of February 19-20.
The meet will include schools from NCAA Division II Northern State and University of Mary. There will be a partial team from North Dakota State along with DAC schools from Minot State and Jamestown. In the past years, the meet featured very competitive sprints, hurdles, jumps and throwing events.
The first event of the meet is slated at 11 a.m.
