Two Hitchcock-Tulare stand-outs sign to play for Trojan Football

Justin BoomsmaJosh Anderson, Dakota State University football head coach, is proud to announce two signings from Hitchcock-Tulare High School.  They are Justin Boomsma and Wade Oechsle.

Boomsma and Oechsle played for head coach Kenny Huether.  They are members of the State '9B' State Champions team.

Boomsma, 5'11" and 180 lbs., played defensive back for the Patriots.  He was named to Best Hustler, Rookie of the Year and Best Sixth Man awards.  Justin is the son of Kenneth and Patti Boomsma of Hitchcock, S.D.  He plans to major in Physical Therapy at Dakota State University.

Wade OechsleOechsle, 6'2" and 180 lbs., was the defensive end for Hitchcock-Tulare.  He was the team captain and earned All-State honors.  He was named to the honor roll.  Wade is the son of Philip and Jodi Oechsle of Hitchcock, S.D.  He plans to major in Business at Dakota State University.
