Three signs letter-of-intent to play for DSU Football

Josh Anderson, Dakota State University head football coach, is proud to announce three signings to join the Trojan Football team this fall.  They are Frank Boyd, Jr., Bill St. Martin and Landon Anker.

Frank Boyd, Jr.Boyd, 6'5" and 270 lbs., comes from Singapore American High School.  He played offensive and defensive lineman under head coach Jamie Mattison.  Boyd was named the team defensive most valuable player.  In track, he received a gold medal in javelin, a silver medal in shot put and a bronze medal in discus.  He earned an award in "Best in Technology" in 2008.  Frank is the son of Frank and Kazuke Boyd of FPO, AP and is undecided on his major at Dakota State University.

St. Martin, 6'3" and 285 lbs., will graduate from Milbank High School this spring.  He was the center for head coach Jeremy Tostenson.  St. Martin was a member of the State '11A' High School Football Championship team.  Bill is the son of Mark and Beth St. Martin of Wilmot, S.D. and plans to major in Computer Information System at DSU.

Landon AnkerAnker, 6'0" and 275 lbs., comes from Edgerton High School.  He played defensive lineman for head coach Andrew Fleischman.  Anker was named All-Conference, All-Area first team offense and most valuable lineman.  He recorded the highest lifting records in bench-press, squat and clean.  Landon is the son of Lon and Lora Anker of Edgerton, Minn.  He plans to major in Game Design at Dakota State University.
