DSU's Berry takes position at Northern State

MADISON, S.D. - Dakota State University Head Baseball Coach Dean Berry resigned this week to accept a position as Head Baseball Coach at Northern State University in Aberdeen. Berry had been at DSU since 2007.
Along with head coaching responsibilities, Berry was an instructor in the College of Education at DSU.
Berry came to DSU from Presentation College in Aberdeen where he was the Head Softball Coach and Sports Information Director. He also coached baseball at Mayville State and Huron University.
A search for his replacement will begin immediately.
