DSU Cross Country teams face challenging 2010 schedule

Dakota State University's first-year cross country head coach Michael Nekuda has announced the 2010 schedule. The Trojans will compete in five regular season meets before competing in the postseason.
The Trojans will open their 2010 campaign on the road. DSU will compete in the Dakota Wesleyan Invitational in Mitchell, S.D. on Friday, Sept. 3 at 4 p.m.
DSU will have a week off before preparing their home meet of the season, the Dakota State University/Herb Blakely Invitational, on Sept. 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Madison Country Club.
The Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) championship meet will be held in Jamestown, N.D., hosted by Jamestown College, on Nov. 5. The Trojan men’s cross country captured their first ever DAC conference crown last fall.
The NAIA Cross Country National Championships will take place in Vancouver, Wash. on Nov. 20.
