Anthony named to All-Tournament Team

Senior Margie Anthony was named to the Grand View (Iowa) All-Tournament Team. The Trojans went 1-3 in the tournament, defeating Midland Lutheran in Trojans' season opener on Friday.
Anthony, from Jefferson, S.D., finished the tournament with 34 total kills, including 13 kills versus Midland Lutheran. She averaged 2.27 kills per set. Margie is the daughter of Mark and Tana Anthony and majors in Exercise Science at DSU.
The other members of the all-tournament team were Devon Jensen (Grand View), Erin Dostal (College of St. Mary), Kaley Lyons (Evangel), Kaitly Kollmann (McKendree), Haley Wewel (Midland Lutheran), Ali Schrader (Missouri Valley) and Mari Vogado (Park).
Dakota State returns back to action on Tuesday night. The Trojans will travel to Yankton, S.D. to take on Mount Marty in a non-conference match. First serve is slated at 7 p.m. This weekend, DSU will compete in the University of Sioux Falls Tournament.
