Trojan men's cross country team ranks No. 22 in NAIA 'Top 25'

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Dakota State University men's cross country team ranks No. 22 in the second edition of the NAIA Men's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced Wednesday. Malone (Ohio) and Southern Oregon remained the top two teams in the nation.
Dakota State fell five spots from No. 17 to No. 22. The Trojans tallied 206 points.
DSU will compete in the Roy Griak/University of Minnesota Invitational on Saturday. The meet will feature top schools in the Midwest region.
The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences, independents and unaffiliated groups. The next poll of the 2010 season will be released on Sept. 29.
