Pheneger named DAC Hitter of the Week

The Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) has selected Dakota State's outside hitter/defensive specialist Amy Pheneger as Hitter of the Week for the week of Oct. 4-10.
Pheneger recorded a double-double of 17 kills (3.4 kills per set) and 26 digs (5.2 digs per set) as the Trojans ended the DAC's first half with a road win over Mayville State (22-25, 25-22, 12-25, 25-12 and 15-9) on Oct. 6. She hit .289 and recorded three service aces for the Trojans.
Amy is the daughter of Jeff and Angela Pheneger of Champlin, Minn. She is a senior Physical Education major at Dakota State University.
