The Trojan men's basketball team returns home for the first time this season on Tuesday night.  Dakota State will host Dordt (IA) of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) at DSU Fieldhouse.  Tip-off is slated for 8 p.m. or 25 minutes after the completion of the women's game.

Dordt is currently 1-2, all against the DAC teams.  The Defenders lost to Mayville State 99-98 in overtime on Oct. 29.  Dordt defeated Valley City State 74-71 on Nov. 5.  No. 22 Jamestown defeated the Defenders 77-63 on Nov. 6.

It has been almost four years ago that Dordt and Dakota State played each other.  On Dec. 12, 2006 in Sioux Center, Iowa, the Defenders hit the century-mark to defeat the Trojans 100-61.
