‘Where Are They Now?’ series

What two former Lady T's turned into their intercollegiate basketball years into record-setting coaching careers?  And, who was the co-captain of the Trojans' only undefeated football team who eventually developed two Sioux Falls high schools' football programs?  These and many other questions about former Dakota State student-athletes will be answered in a series of historical features.

They will appear under the umbrella heading of 'Where are they now (and what they learn at Dakota State)?  They will appear in a number of places starting this month, including a link on Dakota State's website – www.dsuathletics.com. They will also appear in the university sports game programs, DSU alumni publications and the Madison Daily Leader.

Dan Holsworth, the former 28-year sports editor of the Daily Leader, has written the stories after conducting exhaustive research and personal interviews.  In addition to the four stories which have been completed, the DSU Sports Information Department will consider other suggested stories.  They can be made via e-mail at nick.huntimer@dsu.edu or dandr@midco.net.

The DSU Sports Information Department will decide which further stories Holsworth will work on and produce.
