Drealan chosen as DAC Outdoor Track and Field Most Valuable Senior

Anthony DrealanThe Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) outdoor track and field head coaches have chosen Dakota State's Anthony Drealan as the DAC Men's Most Valuable Senior.

Drealan had an outstanding career at Dakota State University.  Last Friday (May 13), he came from behind in the men's 5000-meter run and captured the title.  He ran a time of 15 minutes and 35.33 seconds.  Drealan finished second in the 1500-meter run.  He clocked a time of 4:03.96.

Drealan received the DAC Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference honors three times during his career at DSU.  He will be running in the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on May 26-28 in Marian, Ind.

Anthony is the son of Wayne and Heidi Drealan of Fulda, Minn.
