Trojan student-athletes feed on Chamber's hospitality

MADISON, S.D. - The Madison Downtown Armory was filled with Dakota State University student-athletes Thursday evening. The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce hosted them and the athletic department's staff at their annual kickoff event. The community's restaurants served food and Madison's businesses provided gift bags for DSU student-athletes.
The annual kickoff is a visible example of collaboration that takes place between Dakota State and Madison business community. The event also helps with the connection of the business person(s) that the student-athlete gets to know on a personal basis.
