Liles named to 2011 BSN All-American Football Third Team Defense

MADISON, S.D. - Beyond Sports Network (BSN) has announced the 2011 College Football Season All-American recipients. These athletes have been recognized for their outstanding performances, accomplishments and efforts at their respective collegiate level. Junior Eric Liles of Dakota State was one of the recipients to the BSN All-American team.
Liles (Queen Creek, Ariz.) was selected to third team defense. He was a linebacker for the Trojans. Liles led the Trojans with 94 tackles for 2011 season (10.4 tackles per game). According to the DakStats-NAIA statistical website, he ranks sixth in the nation in tackles (all positions) per game.
Eric is the son of Eric Liles, Sr. and Maria Hodge. He is majoring in Exercise Science at Dakota State University.
