Henderson was chosen as the Tiger basketball's most vaulable player award and named to All-Conference team each year in her four-year high school career at Dupree (S.D.).  She was the team captain in her junior and senior years, under the guidance of head coach Arlie Hulm.  Henderson was selected to District 15B All-Tournament team two times.

Henderson recorded her 1000th career point in her senior year and finished her high school basketball career by producing 23 points in the All-Star game.  She averaged 15 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists per game.

"Callie will be a great addition to the Dakota State University women's basketball program," said Stoebner.  "She is a great basketball player but more importantly a great person.  She is a hard worker on the court and in the classroom, which will allow her to be a perfect fit with the other student-athletes in our program."

Callie is the daughter of Bill and Pam Henderson of Dupree, S.D.  She plans to major in Special Education with a minor in Coaching.
