KDLT-TV Sports Athlete of the Week features DSU's DiPaola

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - KDLT-TV Sports featured DSU's Kristen DiPaola Monday night as its Athlete of the Week. DiPaola leads all of NAIA this season in kills with 473 and also kills per set with 5.2, racking up 964 career kills as far as a Trojan.
DiPaola, 5-foot-10 senior outside hitter, was named as the Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Female Athlete of the Week on Sept. 10.
Kristen is the daughter of Michael and Mary Beth DiPaola of Trinidad, Colo. She is majoring in Business Management at Dakota State University.
Dakota State (11-13 overall record, 2-2 A.I.I. record) returns home Saturday afternoon as they host Jamestown (N.D.) First serve for the A.I.I. volleyball match is set for 3 p.m. at DSU Fieldhosue.
