Timmer signs letter-of-intent to join Trojan Football team

MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State University head football coach Josh Anderson is pleased to announce the signing of Brady Timmer from Harrisburg High School to join the Trojan Football team this fall.

Timmer – six-foot-five-inches – will graduate from Harrisburg High School this spring. He was a three-time letter winner under the guidance of Brandon White. The Tigers qualified for the state championship game this past fall.

Timmer will also be a 4-year letter winner in track. He clocked a time of 16.7 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles and 43.9 seconds in the 300-meter hurdles. He has also been on the Merit Roll all 4 years of high school.

Brady is the son of Reed and Kelli Timmer. Brady’s uncle, Chad Ostrem, also played for the Trojans in the early 1990’s. Both of Brady’s grandparents, Tom and Jeannie Ostrem, and Bev and Terry Timmer, are also from Madison.
