VALLEY CITY, N.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team faced Valley City State in the DAC post-season tournament Wednesday night at the W.E. Osmon Fieldhouse. The seventh-seed Trojans trailed 32-27 at halftime to the second seeded Vikings. Valley City State outscored the Trojans 39-27 in the second half for a 71-54 victory over the Trojans.

Black Hills State will be the number one seed for the DAC Men's Basketball Post-season Basketball Championships, which begin on Wednesday, Feb. 24th. Dakota State will be the seventh seed in the tournament.

The Dakota State University men's basketball team ended their regular season with two losses in North Dakota. The Trojans suffered a heartbreaking loss to Valley City State on Friday night. DSU could not get a win over Jamestown Saturday night. As a result, the Trojans will be the seventh seed for the DAC Postseason tournament, starting on Wednesday.

MADISON, S.D. - The Trojan men's basketball team played their final home regular season game Tuesday night at the DSU Fieldhouse. DSU welcomed Trinity Bible for both teams' second meeting of the season. The Trojans led 36-23 at halftime and never looked back as DSU defeated Trinity Bible 84-59.

MADISON, S.D. - The Trojan men's basketball team recorded its second home upset of the season against a nationally-ranked team Friday night at the DSU Fieldhouse. Dakota State's Derek Kreutzfeldt nailed two free throws with 9.7 seconds left for Trojans' 69-66 lead. Clay Pottorff of Black Hills State missed a 3-pointer from left wing as the Trojans secured their 10th win of the season.
