The Trojan men's basketball team suffered two road losses to Dickinson State Friday night and Minot State Saturday night. Dakota State dropped to 9-14 overall record and 3-7 in the DAC conference.

MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball hosted Morningside College for their second meeting of the season at the DSU Fieldhouse Tuesday night. After a slow start, DSU rallied and held on for a 65-55 non-conference victory over the Mustangs.

MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team returned home Saturday night for a non-conference game. The Trojans faced Mount Marty, a team from the Great Plains Athletic Conference, for the second time this season at the DSU Fieldhouse. DSU swept the season series as Derek Kreutzfeldt nailed down a 3-pointer for a Trojans' 59-58 win at the buzzer.

MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team hosted Valley City State in a make-up game Tuesday night at the DSU Fieldhouse. The Vikings led throughout the first half, but the Trojans rallied for a brief lead in the late second half. Valley City State went perfect 10-for-10 from the free-throw line in the final minute of the game to defeat the Trojans 76-66.

RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team traveled to the King Center to face South Dakota School of Mines Friday night. The Hardrockers raced to a 40-17 halftime lead and never looked back as the Hardrockers defeated the Trojans 62-50.

MADISON, S.D. - The Dakota State University men's basketball team looked to remain undefeated in the DAC Conference play Saturday night against Dickinson State. The Blue Hawks went 22-for-25 at the free-throw line compared to the Trojans' 5-for-12 to defeat the Trojans 74-67 at the DSU Fieldhouse.
