WBK: Trojans lose two games in North Dakota

The Dakota State University women's basketball could not bounce back in the winning column Friday and Saturday nights. The Trojans suffered an overtime loss at Dickinson State and a loss to Minot State. Dakota State dropped to 8-13 overall record and 3-7 in the DAC conference.

The Dakota State University women's basketball team will travel to North Dakota this weekend for a pair of DAC conference games. The Trojans will visit Dickinson State in Dickinson, N.D. on Friday at 6:30 p.m. (CT)/5:30 p.m. (MT). On Saturday, DSU will play Minot State in Minot, N.D. at 4 p.m.

Dakota State Alyssa Kirk hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 16 seconds to go and Donna Lavea added a free-throw to defeat Valley City State 77-75 in a thrilling game on Tuesday at the DSU Fieldhouse.
